“The way he says Yellow makes my heart explode,” the 32-year-old Jersey Shore star captioned an Instagram video on Saturday, December 1. (Farley shares Greyson with estranged husband Roger Mathews.)

The clip shows the adorable tot walking around the kitchen in Incredibles pajamas repeating after his mom, “red,” “yellow” and “blue.” The video ends with an excited Farley gushing, “Yay!” as she giggles.

Earlier this month, Farley opened up about her son’s developmental struggle and progress in an interview with HollywoodLife.

“Greyson, he was recently diagnosed with autism. He’s made leaps and bounds when it comes to speech,” she told the website. “He’s understanding words better which was his issue. Not that he couldn’t speak, but he would never know what his shoe is or if you said, ‘Greyson,’ he actually didn’t even know his name at one point until he was a little over two. So now that he’s understanding simple words, he’s come so far.”

The reality star first revealed Greyson’s struggle and opened up about his limited vocabulary during an August episode of the hit MTV series and took to social media at the time to thank fans for their support after the show had aired.

The following month, Farley — who is also mom of 4-year-old daughter, Meilani — spoke exclusively to Us Weekly about being candid when it comes to her son and what’s going on behind closed doors.

“It’s been so positive. That was never my intent, I didn’t think I could finish Jersey Shore because of his appointments and our schedule so production was [like] you have to tell us something, you can’t disappear,” she told Us in September. “I never expected it to be that response, it was ‘Hey guys, my son, we made it to two and he’s not speaking. We have therapy three times a week, I really want to be a part of it, or at least be here.’”

The TV personality also told Us that she and Mathews, 43, were in agreement about getting their son assistance when he wasn’t speaking at the age of 2. “I truly think he doesn’t understand what a frog is, a shoe, go outside,” she explained. “It’s been our job as parents to really make him understand what the words are and maybe he will speak fine, honestly.”

Farley filed for divorce from the businessman in September, but Mathews told Us in November that the former pair are “working on things.”
