Lindsay Lohan Walks Back Her Controversial #MeToo Comments, Releases New Statement Apologizing For 'Any Pain I May Have Caused'

Time for Lindsay Lohan to walk things back a bit...

The actress made some controversial comments about the #MeToo movement this week, going so far as to call out women who speak out against harassment as "looking weak," but now, she's trying to set the record straight.

The embattled star issued a new statement to People on Sunday afternoon, apologizing for her remarks and the pain that she may have caused by them.

Here is her statement, in full (below):

"I would like to unreservedly apologize for any hurt and distress caused by a quote in a recent interview with The Times. The quote solely related to my hope that a handful of false testimonies out of a tsunami of heroic voices do not serve to dilute the importance of the #MeToo movement, and all of us who champion it. However, I have since learned how statements like mine are seen as hurtful, which was never my intent. I'm sorry for any pain I may have caused. I feel very strongly about the #MeToo movement and have the utmost respect and admiration for the women brave enough to come forward and speak out about their experiences. Their testimony has served to protect those who can't speak, and give strength to those who have struggled to have their voices heard."

Kellyanne Conway Acknowledges Donald Trump's White House Has Confidentiality Agreements — So Is All The Alleged Hush Money Real, Then?!

Kellyanne Conway poured gasoline on the fire on Sunday afternoon when she made the television rounds across the country, desperately trying to run damage control on Omarosa Manigault-Newman's damning secret tapes and tell-all book.

But in trying to defend Donald Trump's presidency, the White House counselor inadvertently confirmed one of Omarosa's very interesting accusations: that the Trump White House DOES engage in confidentiality agreements.

Wait, what?!

Speaking on ABC's This Week about Trump's White House, Conway argued that confidentiality agreements are a normal part of the administration (below):

"We have confidentiality agreements in the West Wing, absolutely we do. And why wouldn't we?"

Anchor Jon Karl shot back with the correct answer (below), after which Conway attempted to change the subject:

"You're a public employee."

Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding!!

The issue of Conway admitting to confidentiality agreements begs the question, then: were Omarosa, Sean Spicer, and others paid campaign or government money as part of their confidentiality agreements to keep quiet?

Omarosa has accused Spicer of taking kickback-money (she accused him again on live TV during her media rounds today), and there are further allegations that Trump's bodyguard Keith Schiller and others are also taking kickback money.

Hmmm... this could be huge!!

So much for draining the swamp, right Donald?!

Kanye West Denies Being Stumped About The Donald Trump Question On Jimmy Kimmel Live!

You can't stump Kanye West!

So says... Kanye West.

The rapper took to Twitter on Saturday evening to clear up a point of contention that had been brewing for more than 24 hours after he went on Jimmy Kimmel Live! at the end of the week.

During the televised appearance, host Jimmy Kimmel confronted West directly about how the rapper could possibly support Donald Trump -- especially if West felt, like he clearly did back in 2005, that other Republican president like George W. Bush don't "care about black people."

But when Jimmy asked the question, West didn't answer -- and there was a looooooooooong pause while Kanye tried to think about how it was rational to support The Donald right now.

Yeezy addressed the mini-controversy in a series of tweets yesterday evening, which you can see (below):

On Jimmy Kimmel we had a great time having a dialogue. I’m reading that I was stumped by a question. Let me clarify the click bait. I wasn’t stumped. I wasn’t given a chance to answer the question.

The actor left fans talking on Sunday when he seemed to address the persistent rumors head-on in not one, but TWO tweets about possibly being cast in the role after Daniel Craig finishes his tenure as Bond.

The flood-gates opened a few hours ago when Elba tweeted this common Bond refrain (below), which many fans took as a sign of good things to come in that series:

Thomas Markle Now Says He Lied To Prince Harry About Staging Those Infamous Paparazzi Pics

Now, Thomas Markle says he initially lied to Prince Harry about those infamous paparazzi photos he staged back in May, ahead of his daughter Meghan Markle's royal wedding to the prince.

This revelation is part of a bombshell new interview out in The Daily Mail on Sunday, where Thomas seems to come clean about some of his previously-shady paparazzi deals, among other things.

Speaking to the media about Harry's warnings about the media, Thomas recalled (below):

"Harry told me that I should never go to the press. That it would end in tears. He said, 'They will eat you alive.' He was right."

Yeah...

As you'll remember, after the news of the staged paparazzi photos broke, all things went to hell and Thomas was on the outs with the royal family -- and his daughter, Meghan.

But Thomas says he did receive one more call from Harry after the photos went widespread; it took place while he was recovering from his heart attack, and Thomas said Harry told him the staged photos issue "never would have happened" if he'd listened to the prince.

In return, Thomas says, he told Harry it'd be easier for the new couple if he (Thomas) were dead.

Markle remembers (below):

"[He said] Maybe it would be better for you guys if I was dead ... then you could pretend to be sad ... Everyone would be filled with sympathy for her. But I hope we reconcile. I'd hate to die without speaking to Meghan again."

Hmmm...

Above all, though, it sounds like Thomas really regrets not being in his daughter's life; he told The Mail this about his current (non-existent) relationship with her (below):

"I love Harry, I love my daughter. I wish them all the love and best wishes for the future. But I am not sitting here crying. I'm not sitting here being self-pitying. I'm not cashing in on the Royal Family. I don't care about the Royal Family. My daughter is a duchess. I don't even know what that really means."

Uhhh... yeah.

Mob Wives Star Drita D'Avanzo Is Now Going After Farrah Abraham For Backing Out Of A Potential Celebrity Boxing Match!

Mob Wives star Drita D'Avanzo is reportedly STILL grumbling about Farrah Abraham and, we guess, not getting to fight her in a celebrity boxing match.

According to TMZ, the reality TV stars who didn't face off -- reportedly after Farrah backed out a while back -- still make for a sore point of contention here for BOTH ladies, but especially Drita, who is still replaying what went down and what could have been.

The Mob Wives maven apparently now believes that Farrah ruined the potential boxing match by calling up the event promoter and saying 'she was too scared' after having heard what Drita wanted to do to her (punch her squarely in the face for a knockout).

D'Avanzo is reportedly still seething that she missed out on the chance to whack the Teen Mom star into oblivion.

How sweet...

Farrah will instead fight Flavor of Love star Nicole 'Hoopz' Alexander... and something tells us we can be sure Drita will be cheering for Nicole during that bout.

What a great career arc we've got here... LOLz!!

But seriously, there is NO love lost between these two... so the feud will likely continue!!

Omarosa Manigault-Newman Released Her Secret White House Recordings On Meet The Press This Morning — And The Political World Is Going Crazy!!

Omarosa Manigault-Newman did exactly what she said she was going to do this morning on Meet The Press: she released the tapes!

After having apparently secretly recorded Donald Trump and others, including White House Chief of Staff John Kelly, during her tenure working for the President, the former Celebrity Apprentice star did as she vowed and released what she had this morning to host Chuck Todd on the NBC show.

The tapes themselves show a couple different things, including how Omarosa was fired by Kelly in the Situation Room of the White House -- an important strategic location for Presidential game-planning, which makes it salacious in and of itself as to how she got the recording device there in the first place.

According to a source with knowledge of Kylie's emotions this weekend around her birthday celebrations, the KUWTK star got a bit emotional when she looked back at how far she's come in the last couple years, revealing (below):

"She gets a bit emotional thinking back about everything amazing that has happened this year ... after her big party, she had a smaller birthday celebration at home with Stormi. She just loves being her mom."

The source continued, too, noting that Jenner is VERY proud of herself (below):

Rapper Casanova Wanted By NYPD In Connection With Alleged Brutal Attack On Woman At Diner

This is so scary!

Rapper Casanova is a wanted man in the eyes of the NYPD after he was allegedly involved in an attack on a woman in a diner late last week in NYC.

According to the woman who was apparently attacked, Niya Rucker, things started when she was using her phone to take a video of her meal at the Good Stuff Diner around 4:40 a.m. in the city.

The rapper apparently believed Rucker was filming him with the phone, and he became enraged -- trying to stop her from taking video and rushing towards her where things quickly became violent.

Casanova and another person then allegedly assaulted Rucker, according to an arrest warrant issued last night by the NYPD, leading to multiple facial lacerations and a possible fracture of the woman's jaw. Then, according to cops, Casanova and his accomplice fled the scene.

For Rucker's part, she says that she'll be able to positively identify Casanova in the event based on his jewelry.

TMZ reached out to Casanova and didn't get comment back; we'll continue to update you as this unfortunate alleged incident winds through the legal system. For now, though, there's a warrant out for his arrest and the NYPD is looking for the rapper.

Erika Christensen gave birth this morning, only it didn't go exactly as planned -- her husband, Cole Maness, was forced to deliver the baby all by himself after the pair waited to long and didn't have time to get to a hospital!

No, seriously! Momma and baby -- little Polly -- are reportedly doing just fine, as Erika recounted in an emotional Instagram post about the entire event!

It happened! It happened this morning. And it will go down in family history because babygirl’s own, incredible Dad delivered her all by himself. My fault entirely as I didnt know she would come so quickly and didn’t call the doc until far too late. He came straight over and arrived about one minute after she joined us in the world. Haha! My Mom too. You should’ve seen their faces when they walked in to hear her little wail. Mom immediately took this picture. So epic. 9:21a (we think) at 7lbs 8oz (we think). 😆 Doc didn’t have time to grab the baby scale in his rush. Meet Ms. Polly. The rapper, father of three, and happy (?) husband of Kim Kardashian West dropped a new song very late last night -- called XTCY -- in which he admits that, yes, he may just find his sisters-in-law fairly attractive.

OK, TBH, it goes further than that. 'Ye doesn't really hold back with his "sick thoughts" in the song, admitting he'd be down for intercourse with every Kardashian sister.

Omarosa Manigault-Newman sure isn't holding back now that she's out of the White House.

The controversial former Apprentice star turned... whatever she was at the White House... is now pushing her new book, Unhinged, and she's laying out ALL the accusations against Donald Trump.

TMZ caught her out and about yesterday, where they asked about Trump's White House -- and Omarosa revealed that she thought Trump wasn't just a racist, but that he is actively trying to start a race war from his perch as the most powerful man on earth. Scary!!!!

She specifically cited Trump's attacks on LeBron James as part of a coordinated campaign to pit blacks against whites across the country, and inflame working class people throughout.

More frivolously, she also reveals that there's a LOT of sex going down in the West Wing... and drops a few famous names when revealing who might be getting it on every day in the White House!

John Mayer's Home Ransacked & Robbed — Burglars Take Nearly $200,000 Worth Of Valuables

Scary news for John Mayer to start this weekend...

Mid-morning on Friday, the musician's Beverly Hills-area home was broken into when an intruder smashed a bedroom window and entered with the intent to steal a LOT of valuable stuff.

No one was home at the time of the break-in -- it's unclear right now if Mayer's burglar alarm was on, or working -- but the intruder(s) apparently really messed the home up.

Law enforcement sources say the place was "ransacked," and the burglars made off with quite a bit of personal property and high-end music equipment.

Among the items taken were a lot of Mayer's prized watches (he's apparently got an "enormous and enormously valuable" collection of watches).

In total, authorities believe the intruder(s) hauled off nearly $200,000 worth of valuables.

WOW...

So far, cops haven't mentioned if they have any suspects, but this type of thing sure seems to be happening quite a bit lately...
